Advancing Equity in Organizations

The Equity Project partners with diverse leaders and learners in examining the practices, structures, and policies shaping the collective conscience.  The company organizes and leads inquiry-based conversations to examine beliefs, attitudes, and values to deepen comprehension about the history of race and racism. Participants are invited to consider their lived experiences and engage in purposeful practices that promote personal and organizational transformation.

“What I learned most at the workshop is that we all have a way to influence the change we want to see and the knowledge we need to help one another gain empathy.”

Testimonials

“It is a space for critical thinking. This is not an easy topic but the presenter made sure we understood that in order to have change we must hold these conversations.”

— Attendee of the “I Can’t Breathe Workshop”

“Thank you for being brave and for providing this platform to discuss strong issues that can be very emotional. I am so glad to see a very diverse group that is willing to listen, to learn, but to be active. Let's start healing together. Muchas gracias. Thank you.”

— Attendee of “A Conversation on Race”

“As an educator I have attended many professional developments that do not feel like the modern classroom with a strong educator facilitating the room. I appreciate your education background shining through the facilitation of this event.

It was evident in the various forms of discussion, visuals, pause for self-reflection, pause for questions that you have an education framework. Therefore, I was able to take part in a lesson of learning. I often feel I leave trainings or professional developments without tools, a new way of thinking, or resources. I left with all of the above.”
